Making a Complaint

We are proud of the good relations that exist between staff and parents at Longvernal. However, as in any school, occasional problems or concerns can arise, and in order to deal with these we have put in place a specific procedure to help you raise and discuss any concerns you may have.

In the first instance, if you have any concerns about your child's education, please make an appointment with your child's class teacher, giving him/her some information as to the nature of the concern.

If you feel that issues have not been resolved, or you have a serious complaint, please make an appointment to speak with the Headteacher.
