Oak Class had a great time at Noah’s Ark Zoo in November! We continued our knowledge of animals through a workshop where the children identified what vertebrates, amphibians and mammals are, as well as having the chance to look and hold various animals including a snake, Madagascan hissing cockroach and guinea pig.
The trip extended understanding of our topic ‘Animals (including Humans)’ and we have since collectively identified animals from the zoo to explore carnivores, herbivores and omnivores.
